Information you provide
When you submit a project brief or enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, company, message or project brief details. These details are used to respond to you, discuss scope and manage follow-up.
When you explicitly consent and choose Send, the complete submission is saved to a GoHighLevel contact record and its notes, and Gman Design attempts to create an assigned follow-up task.
Local draft saving is optional and manual. Import and download actions happen locally in your browser. Clearing a draft does not erase a submission already sent to Gman Design.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a project brief or enquiry.
Website providers and measurement
Vercel hosts this website and provides aggregate Web Analytics for page, device and referral measurement. Form answers are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Hosting and provider technical logs may differ from analytics data.
GoHighLevel holds enquiry and follow-up records. PostHog records public-page views on the public marketing pages and website process guide; the brief builder and client-access pages are excluded. URL query details are removed and temporary identifiers stay in memory. PostHog does not create personal profiles, automatically capture clicks or record sessions, and honours browser “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” signals. Calendly handles external bookings.

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact stephang@gmanit.com.au. We may need to verify the relevant record before responding. Clearing a local draft does not delete a CRM record.
